PIC offers the use of high pressure water to loosen the soil and a simultaneous vacuum to remove the spoils, known as Hydro-Excavation. This is the safest and most efficient excavation method near underground utilities eliminating the risk of damage to underground pipes, utilities, or cables. Hydro-Excavating safely exposes electrical lines for repairs or quickly excavates holes or trenches with precision for new construction.

PIC has the latest hydroblast units on the market. From high flow line cleaners, to 10,000psi, 20,000psi, and even 40,000psi Jetstream Waterblast Units. Our units are capable of multiguns, rotating nozzles, and even 3 dimensional nozzles for cleaning ducts or vessels where human entry is not applicable. PIC also has the capability of steam cleaning and tube cleaning.

Vacuum Truck Service

PIC has a state of the art fleet of vacuum trucks for wet or dry vacuuming. Our new fleet of trucks have 27 to 28 inch blowers for maximum vacuum as well as the following:

• Sludge pumps for for off-loading while vacuuming for maximum efficiency
• A liquid ring pump for vacuuming flammables
• An auger system for offloading into roll-offs or drums
• Wet or dry vacuuming
• 24 hour service for scheduled or emergency response

Overhead Ceiling Vacuuming

PIC has Vac-u-max vacuum units for overhead vacuuming. These units can run up to four lines for maximum performance and efficiency.

Line & Duct Cleaning

Our line cleaners are high flow units for all sizes of pipe and our duct cleaning units will clean all sizes of Duct.

Boiler & Tube Cleaning

Our waterblast units have lances for cleaning boiler tubes to heat exchanger tubes. PIC specializes in boiler outages from vacuuming to the cleaning.

3-Dimensional Nozzle

Our 3-D nozzle can clean small duct and pipe to large duct and up to 20ft diameter vessels.

We have over 20 years experience in the application of high performance industrial coatings. PIC not only handles your everyday coating needs and any office painting but the technical coatings and linings. We specialize in supplying the customer with a complete coating maintenance program. This program starts with a plant survey to determine where the needs are to the documentation required for a long term maintenance program. Atmospheric conditions are documented, temperature, humidity, dew point and the Coatingsapplication is documented from the surface preparation, surface profile, to the actual coating application and paint thicknesses per SSPC and NACE standards.

Floor & Tank Linings

Our applicators all have a minimum of 20 years experience in the application of tank linings and floor linings. In addition to the coating capabilities PIC will insure a complete tank lining followed by holiday detection for a pinhole free lining. Again, all documentation is supplied to the customer to insure a long term lining and the warranty. PIC specializes in linings from coal tar for the waste water industry to vinyl ester linings for severe environments to any floor lining. PIC is certified to apply all of the major coating brands.

Secondary Containment Linings

PIC will line your secondary containment area with any applicable lining from a trowel system, fiberglass reinforced lining to a conventional spray applied liner. PIC will design a lining to meet your chemical requirements or apply any lining you may have specified.

Floors

PIC is your floor system expert with epoxy floors, chemical resistant floor linings, and decorative floors such as acid stain floors for retail, residential, or office floors or decorative quartz floors.

PIC provides certified safety Instructors to meet all of your safety training needs. PIC also provides highly trained stand-by personnel & equipment to provide a safe work environment

Our safety training is based on “hands on” training to provide that extra safety net to put your safety program over the top. We not only provide the comprehensive training program but we integrate hands on experience which emergency procedures such as actually putting out a fire.
